How to deal with the problem of spiral pile

　　1. The screw ground pile can understand before feeding the pile drum or move the header feeding auger backward, so that the spacing between the feeding chain and the elastic tooth tip is between 10 and 15 mm.

　　2. Normally put the header into the auger standard clutch. The replacement length should be suitable, when the feeding pile is too large, it can rotate in time, and the screw pile can avoid the blocking of feeding chain and roller.

　　3. Adjust the front and back position of the pile wheel. Under the premise of not touching the cutter normally, the reel of the screw pile should move back normally.

　　4. The screw foundation pile corrects the feed rotating blade of header to recover its height to normal value.

　　5. Standard header and auger concave convex, screw ground pile to make the teaching height 10 mm from the bottom plate.
